Our vision has been developed from our engagement with finance staff across NHS Wales, and focuses around Finance Adding Value, with four main themes – People, Innovation, Partnership and Excellence. 

Our ambition is to create a Finance Function that is: “Best suited to Wales but comparable with the best anywhere.”
