Our Shared Vision

Our vision has been developed from our engagement with finance staff across NHS Wales, and focuses around Finance Adding Value, with three main themes – Developing our People, Maximising the Use of Resources, and Future Proofing Excellence in Everything We Do. 

Our ambition is to create a Finance Function that is: “Best suited to Wales but comparable with the best anywhere.”
