If you have a big ambition to work in one of the toughest roles in modern organisations, are serious about a career in NHS management, have not been to University but hold three A-levels A*-C and can apply your passion, drive and determination to make a difference then we are interested in you!                              

You must also have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C), including Maths (B).
